Mr. Roberts is no doubt a card carring democat, even he may wake up and relize the dems lost, twice. None seem to relize the are not capable of selecting a GOOD canidate. The next step would be to get rid of those SR Senators that are stuck in the 1940s mentality. Then, perhaps they'd get speech writters that actually have something to say of importance. Hootie
These articales were obviously scooped out of a septic tank. In another decade, people this opossed to the USA would be taken care of. My solution would be a one way ticket to a 3rd world country. After a few hours they would want back real bad. Hootie
Hootie -- The point is, we let Bush and his buddies run unchecked -- WE will be a third world country before you know it. These guys are trying to do away with everything that sets us apart from third world countries -- by taking away our personal rights and our constitution.
I don't know about your history books but mine portrayed patriotic Americans fighting to retain personal freedoms and to uphold the constitution -- has this somehow changed?
Besides, I don't remember you blindly following Clinton when he was President -- did this make you unpatriotic? Of course not. As Sara said a while back -- it's partiotism to your country, not any one man or regime.
Holy crap dad. This is America where we it is our duty as Americans to question our government. Yeah we know Joseph McCarthy would have "taken care" of people who loved this country and spoke up against rogue politicans. To this day, dictionary definitions of "McCarthyism" include the practice of publicizing accusations of political disloyalty or subversion with insufficient regard to evidence and the use of unfair investigatory or accusatory methods in order to suppress opposition(Wikipedia).
