"Raining Blows Down Upon You" I think they meant "Reigning"
Not only was he careless but he didn't have the REQUIRED stamp to hunt quail on his hunting license. Above the law??? @#^&*?!!!
But he didn't shoot a quail -- do you need a stamp for lawyers?
Well, well, and this man is in charge of what? He votes?
What will kill us is no health coverage when we need it,or our parents, children, our social security and freedom and... bring on the guns, yep, that will help, thank you.
